A most unpleasant experience. I moved one bedroom set, desk, file cabinet, 23 boxes, and 4, 4x8'sheets of plywood. Was given a quote of $2,600 and charged $4,500! Told driver needed to be picked up by 3 PM and he was late by 2 hours. The person that helped me by staying was late for work because the driver did not do what was promised, just as the delivery arrived three days early. I called in a Monday and was told the delivery was scheduled for Saturday and then on Tuesday I received a call saying it was going to be delivered tomorrow. I Told office I needed a minimum of 48 hours for condo association and was given 16. After delivery discovered they had locked desk and file cabinet and there were no keys. Called their office and told by employee they didn't know what they could about. Then I spoke with one of the owners who proceeded to yell at me and accuse me of lying. I have never treated in such a rude and discourteous manner. There was never an apology for the final bill being almost double the quote. I couldn't ever imagine spending $4,500 dollars on such a small amount of furniture. I was totally shocked by the bill. I ended up taking a punch and punching the locks out because a promised phone call that day never came. Don't use this moving company!
