I recently hired them to pack and move me from NYC to Washington DC. The process as usual was telephone interview of services needed then an email of my guaranteed flat-rate Quote which hsa always been honored, never a price gouge. The crew arrived early in the morning, packed me, loaded my belongings and then delivered me the same day so that I could be at work Monday morning.
