DO NOT USE!!! Scheduled move months in advance. Confirmed and reconfirmed via e-mail and phone call, including the night before move. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They were scheduled to show up at 8am. I called multiple times and left multiple messages after 8am, and I didn't hear anything until 1pm, when a DIFFERENT moving company called, and said Big Brothers said for them to call. The other company said Big Brothers had another job in another state, but offered to come within the hour, and rescue me from this disaster, for what turned out to be THREE TIMES what Big Brothers had quoted me. I repeat, DO NOT USE. Worst moving experience ever.
