3.5 hrs load studio w/freight elevator 200ft from apt door, 45 min unload w/3rd flr stairs. I (female, almost 50) had to help men. They wanted 8 hrs. 24-mile cost ½ of what it cost to move 600 miles. Customer rep said I should have used U-Haul.
