Bottom Line: Will not use them again, even though they came through at the end; especially when I (female, almost 50 with hip/leg problems) had to help paid movers. Had to help three guys (paid) to move boxes and furniture because they wanted to charge me for 8 hours (3 hours load, 2 hours driving, 3 hours unload). I got so disgusted, that the items left in the studio, I moved, with the grace of GOD by myself, ie. TV, rug, etc. Movers should have been able to load everything within 2 hours, since the freight elevator was only 200 feet from the apartment door. Their claim; too many heavy boxes. Quoted before move (50), but in reality (35). 24-mile move cost ½ of what it cost to move from GA to VA, in a U-Haul with movers on both ends. The customer service rep stated I should have used U-Haul, since I “complained” about extended time it took to load the ½ empty truck. GA (one bedroom); Virginia (studio). “Studio Move” with a freight elevator took 3.5 hours, 2 hours in traffic, and 45 minutes to unload/move into a 2 bedroom with stairs on the third floor! Go figure!
