Dear Consumer and Mover Reviews Staff.
This review is obviously a blatant attempt by a disgruntled employee to discredit our business. This person has already tried to put up similar reviews on other websites where company reviews are posted.
1. We are a local company we do not pick-up on the go, so how could we be possibly late for pick-up?
2. This review shows a quote/order number of #08245671 none of our quotes have such sequence, and we can prove it.
3. This review also says that we supposedly never made a delivery for a $12000.00 move. Really? We are a reputable, registered and licensed company. It is easily verified by the Better Business Bureau, and the US Department of Transportation. Should we have done what this review claims, the FBI would be on this in no time. This review basically accuses us of stealing $12000 and the shipment, if this was true we would have been shut down long time ago.
4. This review has general statements. No dates or anything. We have information on all shipments that we have taken to Florida over the past 3 years. We have never had any problems with any of them that are even remotely reminiscent of what this review claims, and we certainly have never, not delivered a shipment.
5. Oh, and Mr Homes Better, you are saying that you were our customer. We say prove it!!!
6. Also, for you consumers and Moverreviews.com staff. Please look at the history of our reviews. You will see that whenever there was a bad review from our customer we acknowledged that they were our customer, and responded to their complaint in detail, point by point. Consider our regular response to an actual customer and our response to this blasphemy.
7. The person that posted this review is also obviously a racist and a bigot. Yes, we have some Russian speaking workers working for us. What is wrong with that?
8. Since we are about 95% certain regarding who you are and what your intentions are and the fact that you were never our customer, we will be taking very definite legal action very soon and make sure that you are persecuted to fullest extent of the law.
