This moving company is by far the WORST I have ever had to work with. While Phase 1 of pickup, pack and load was SUPERB, Phase 2 of Timely delivery, unpack and reassemble was HORRIBLE.
Not only did Bestway Moving, LLC never inform me of the status of my shipment, but they stored it for an entire month when they were supposed to deliver immediately.
The scheduler Jerry would lie or make excuses about the anticipated delivery date. The dates kept getting pushed back. I sat in an empty house for a month and half waiting on my items. Pickup: July 9th, Delivery Aug: 23rd
I finally had to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to report Bestway because they were so extremely late, I presumed they had STOLEN or LOST my household shipment.
The pies de resistance was not only did this company BREAK and DAMAGE many of my very expensive items, but they did NOT reimburse me for ANY of them. This included an antique Korean opium bed weighing more than 600lbs in which they cracked and chipped the wood. Also, a Korean standing fountain where 40% of the rim was chipped and broken. Finally, my elliptical never worked again when I used it the day before pickup!!
Then, these assholes had the nerve to send me a $90.00 check for broken plates. If you can help it, KEEP LOOKING. BESTWAY is the WORST WAY!
