About 2 months after my move I happened to look under my bed and found some pieces the movers had not attached to the frame. I just wanted someone to come and attach the pieces. I had to submit a claim and was of course denied because it was past the 30 day limit to file a claim. How am I supposed to know that the movers didn't complete the job? I just happened to be getting something that fell under the bed and saw the pieces. I am not Superman - I don't have xray vision to see under my bed. Bestway has horrendous customer service and instead of trying to make a customer happy and get good word of mouth here I am on this site sayiing DON'T USE BESTWAY...IT'S NOT THE BEST WAY.
