Hi, I was moving like couple of weeks ago from apartment in Alexandria, VA to another apartment in Falls church, VA. My friend told me about BestWay Moving, saying that they did a very good job when they were moving him. So, I decided to call them and listen to what they could offer. They asked me to describe what I have and where I’m moving from and gave me the reasonable estimate quote for my move. The lady over the phone politely answered all my questions and was very friendly. She told me everything about all the extra charges that might apply (because last time I moved I have ended up paying almost twice the amount that was agreed at the beginning, because that other company lied to me saying that they don’t charge any extra and they also charged me 10% for the fuel of my total quote which I said was increased in the end!) and send me the quote. I have read it and didn’t find any hidden fees or anything that she did not mention. So, I decided to go with them and wasn’t disappointed! They did everything perfect! And they did not exceed the quote that they gave me! I was very pleased! More than that their supervisor gave me some boxes that I needed free of charge as a complimentary! That Is the best moving experience I have so far. I wish them all the luck and will recommend them to all my friends.
