I read the reviews on the internet before using this company and that gave me some concerns, so I called them to cancel my appointment, spoke with Nelly. She begged for five minutes, we've changed and we promise you the best move she kept repeating, "you should give us a chance to show we've improved."
Well it was one of the worst decisions of my life: 13 hours of hell culminating in them bringing all of my belongings back to the house I moved out off and dumping it on the curb in the rain.
Arguments after arguments because they switch the contract and try to make you sign before the work is done, even pay before the work is done. Lies upon lies, they just wear you down.
This is trully the movers from hell. I'm not exagerating: DO NOT USE them, if you do, you are guaranteed a glimpse into HELL. I can't tell you why they are like this, but they are EVIL.
I am filing a complaint with my Office of Comsumer Protection, and I am going to ask that thier business license should be revoked. They are a menace to ordinary citizens.
DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
