OK so I know this company looks like a complete rip off. But I was stunned when my estimate was actually TOO high. I spoke with Karen about my move and explained to me how time i don't use wont be charged so she estimated me at 8 hours of labor and a hour of travel time. my move. My move actually took 6 hours. so i ended up paying only 533 with all the charges i was well aware of. & 3 blanket pads i was aware were extra. Karen was a great rep. i think if the company had more reps like her these reviews wouldn't be so bad. ALSO the crew was awesome they used my materials I got from home depot and packed my stuff. They were efficient! SO my advice would be call her & get a higher estimate.
