BEWARE! We had a horrible experience! Over the phone, they quoted us $475 for our move from northern Virginia to DC. They told us to bubble wrap all of our glass items and prepack all of our boxes so that we would not be charged for packaging materials. We did this. When they arrived, they quoted us $1400. ? When we refused to be robbed, they said they would charge us a $300 cancellation fee if we did not go through with the move. We fought with the lady on the phone for an hour and we agreed on $600 to continue the move WITHOUT moving my glass items or my flat screen TV. FYI - They charge you for each roll of tape and a rental fee for each blanket they use. After I payed my balance - THEY STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE $300 CANCELLATION FEE! I am now fighting them through my bank for fraud. They keep resubmitting the charge, on top of the $600. Yes, they are committing credit card fraud. Please, please, please save yourself a major headache and hundreds of dollars. Do not use this company! BEWARE!
