I was scheduled for a pickup on Friday morning between 8-9AM. The dispatch calls me at 8:30 and tells me the crew can't make it until 2PM. Sine they charge by the hour, a moving truck sitting in DC metro traffic on a Friday afternoon will cost me plenty of hours. Now the fun starts. When I call the office all I get is the run-around. First Kimberly tells me she will call me back in 5 minutes with an update. An hour later, I call her back and they put me on hold for twenty minutes. When I finally get someone to speak to, I let them know I want to cancel. Then they pretend they are woking hard to find me a moving crew and promise to call me back in 5 minutes with an update. Fifty minutes later, I call back to cancel, and she won't even talk to me. Not once did anyone ever apologize for any inconvenience. They simply don't care and have no concept of customer service.
PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
