Disregard any of the good reviews. I believed them too. We have moved many, many times and this was the move from hell. The workers were ok, although they broke branches driving in and our carpet was damamged. Strangely, the driver annaoucned that a 15 percent gratuity was required. Since our estimate was 2 times more than expectec, I referred them to the company for their gratuity. There was no contractual requirement for a gratuity. We did give them one, as we always do, but not what was expected. We had all of 10 items to move 29 miles. We were charge $1244.00 after a senior citizens discount.
The management was horrific. I wast yelled at and insulted.
