Not only were they 4 hours late getting to me, they charged me over $600.00 above the original estimate. The crew overkilled in packing material (big surprise considering they were charging me $18.00 for supplies, a piece of furniture). When I called to complain to the supervisor, he made excuses on why it was okay for them to be late. he offered me free rent for the moving pads, and a $50.00 coupon. The total bill dropped $200. But that was based on a 5 hour move, in the end it was only a 3 hour move, and they still wanted to charge me for 5 hours. When I called to complain, I had to leave 4 messages before I finally got a hold of someone ( I had to call them). The "supervisor" then began telling me that if I didnt want the coupon she would then charge me for 3 hours of travel time that was not included, plus the rent for the pads putting the bill back up to the original $1047 they wanted to charge me for the move. They completely and utterly ripped me off.
