They showed up with a rental truck with a broke lift.. told us they would send another person but would have to charge us.. the lady on the phone was extremely rude and even ignorant of her responsibilities... The lead mover called her on his cell phone multiple times, explaining to her he needed a vehicle with a lift to move a piano and a fourth guy would not work without the lift being repaired......She even called my girlfriend a liar and tried to blame us... this company was ridiculous..... we only had two items to move. The lady at the company, finally told us she would have a truck at our place in the mid afternoon...and we would just have to wait. said we would have to wait... At around 1 pm they called and said the truck could not make it and we would have to schedule the move for another day... We told them we were very unhappy and that we wanted a refund back to our credit card and we would find someone else. she told us that they would not and ended up charging the full amount to the credit card... They showed up with a broke truck, rescheduled our move,, then cancelled on us because they couldn't get a truck and when we asked for a refund they charged us the full amount.......the credit card is in dispute at this time.. customer service is horrible and makes you things the just might be crooks.
