My husband called this company to get an estimate, at that tiem he asked if there were any other fees and he was told no. They guys showed up two hours late and when they came they starte to load everything in the truck, the supervisor then changed the estimate to almost TRIPPLE the original quote, when we told the guy we did not want their services he said too late that the guys had already loaded everything in the truck and that we would have to pay them for labor. I was very upset and my husband ended up just paying them. to top it all they wanted a TIP? WHen i called the office to complain the office manager was very rude and threatened us. I filed a complaint the www.protectyourmove.gov and i encaurage you to do the same.
