The whole moving experience was a nightmare. After reading others negative reviews I can see the scam and I am sure my experience wasn't an accident. The final charge was 3 times more the original, after I refused to pay they threatened me to keep my belongings hostage and charge me 500$ a day for storage. After I agreed to pay (which I shouldn't have done) they tried to solicit me for a tip and after I refused they damaged my furniture and broke 2 boxes of plates. Coincidence? I don't think so. I filed the damage claim and they offered me 18$ for damages. So to everybody who suffered from this moving company actions I strongly recommend to file a complaint online www.protectyourmove.gov or call 1-888-368-7238. Also check their status on BBB. I should have done it before my move, becasuse they have 88 unresolved complaints against this company.
