Like the rest of the reviews I was charged three times more than the move was originally quoted for. The head foreman did very little work and like many of the other negative complaints he made comments of charging me more and that they are going to need more time to move all my property.
They worked from 0900 to 2145 that night and had to come back in the morning to complete the job. I am so sorry I didn’t read these reviews before I hired them. When they found out that they wasn’t scamming me anymore the head guy started rushing the workers and they didn’t reassemble everything they was supposed to. Many of the works couldn’t speak good English and didn’t understand what I was trying to tell them.
Although my experience with this company was a very bad one the Hispanic workers did their best to do a professional job despite the corrupt chain of command. I tried resolving this issue with the manager but the receptionist keep telling me that she is either in a meeting or not available(basically the run-a-round)!!! This is what Soldiers like me have to deal with when we are not deployed.
