User "Krystal P on 1/1/2011 11:01:00 AM" is completely correct and I had a similar experience. The main guy tries to strong arm you into what they wrap and says they will leave if you dont want to pay. at that point what choice do i have if i live in an apartment and its my last day to move?! they overwrapped the items that i didnt do, and wrapped things with tape that wouldnt come off my furniture! the main guy, who is the only one who speaks english, was rude and was very good at trying to find ways to get more of your money. WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN COSTS! when you signup they will tell you that they charge a hold fee for $70 and say it is part of the total cost. BUT, the guy who shows up says that the hold fee is built into what he makes you sign. two completely different stories, because i was charged the hold fee ON TOP of what i signed when they arrived. and they said no refund on the phone. my biggest overall gripe is that i was quoted $250 to move a 500 square foot studio apartment and ended up paying $488. tell me what happened there best time movers! also, fyi, in most cases under a 2 bedroom apartment 3 movers are not needed. only 2. they will try to make you think you need more, but take a look at the amount of work that is needed to move you. do they have to go up and down steps, do you have heavy items, etc?? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
