They will not take any item unless it is packed/rapped/completely protected. They will do for you, but the charge is heavy. blanket $25. For a piece of sofa, you need 2 blankets. I ended up leaving lot of good items which I have to carry. Total time from pickup to delivery was 5 and 1/2 hours. Whereas they charged for 9 hours of which 3 and 1/2 travel time (travel time excluding from pickup to delivery). Be careful. If possible, avoid them for local moving. They may be good for long distance. I ended in paying $700 on packing on my time (time used for moving), that means $700 packing materials. I learned a lesson from booking through internet. I will never do this again. You cannot judge people's honesty who you don't know. I paid $1447.00 from a distance of 20 miles and moved from townhouse to apartment in !sy floor. Overall experience was never forgettable. Read the contract very carefully and sign. Don't call them for clarrification. They would misguide you and ultimately you will end up in paying like me.
