Positive:
- showed up 5 minutes early
- unpacked quickly
Negative:
- barely speak English
- overuse of packing material
- amount charged for material (besides high prices, there is no unit of measure)
- matress pads were old and had holes (at $6 each they should be in good condition)
- attempted to use a knife to remove shrink wrap very quickly that could have damaged my couch
- took multiple bathroom breaks
When I spoke with the representative on the phone, I was only given their hourly rate and an estimated time. I have never been charged for moving pads, much less using 2 rolls of tape to hold it on.
