I would never recommend this moving company to anyone, not even an enemy!
This company may be good for local moves but they should NOT attempt to do long distance moves. I used the company to pack what I did not pack and haul everything to a storage unit. The price was reasonable and they were kind and courteous. Because I was pleased, I decided to use them for the long distance move ... wrong decision! They showed up late and blamed me and charged me a late fee because the storage unit my furnishings were housed in had technical problems that needed a manager's override of the system.
I paid all balances on time and was given the runaround as to when my furnishings would be delivered. Because I was passed from person-to-person, I decided to fly back to where my furnishings were supposedly being held. What I found was a storage facility where this company housed several customers' furnishings within one storage unit. The so called "Dispatcher" spoke broken English and was disrespectful and would not allow me in to see my own furnishings. It took having to threaten to bring the police to the storage unit, to get inside. What I found was
my 2 year-old Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress folded
in half! Who does that? The box spring's signature silver steel labels which secure the box spring, were literally hanging off the ends of the box spring. There were deep gashes in the all-wood frame of my son's bunk beds! No professional moving company would do that and I was furious. Even after I complained, they did nothing to correct the problem. That was in mid-March and I am still trying to get that large lump out of the mattress! My glass dining room table was chipped and many of my belongings were unwrapped and re-wrapped using new boxes that they charged me for. Between me and the movers, everything was packed during the local move so as not to have to pay twice for the materials used. To this day, nothing has been done to either replace or repair the damages done to my mattress, boxspring and glass table!
This company should not be in business. I do not recommend this company to anyone and have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.
