Had to hire this company on very short notice (5 days). Movers took quite a few smoke breaks. However they were friendly and careful with our belongings. My main concern was for all my stuff to arrive safely to the new location and there was no problem with that-not a single item disappeared or was broken. Overall, I am satisfied but could have been even better
