From one side, they did a good job on my move-they were friendly and efficient, took good care of my items and I thought the price was totally fair. On the other hand, the pickup window was 2 days and not one, and even though I specifically asked for it to be on Tuesday, the movers called on Tuesday to tell us its going to be Wednesday. So I ended up wasting an entire day that I could be working in vain.
