We moved from Chicago to Atlanta,the pick up was on time and smooth. Alex was fast and professional but they made us sign so many papers we did not have time to read anything. The truck arrived to Atlanta without informing us.The truck was a 18 wheeler and was carrying 3 household. The driver could not drive the truck in to our pick up dock and they said they have to unload everything in to a small truck and then deliver it to us and it will cost us $650 extra because they said the truck had lower belly !!!! I do not think this is our problem and the delivery people did not want to park the truck in the street and bring our furniture inside. We asked our building management if they had this problem before,they said they always had trucks delivering in this loading dock. If you want to have this co. as your moving co. make sure you read everything and ask them what type of truck is bringing your stuff .Eric the primary contact was helpful to give us a quote but ASA we had problem he never answered his cell phone and he never returned our calls. Finally we paid $800 more than what the actual quote was.
