My move from Wisconsin to Oklahoma City was canceled. My original pick up date was August 31, 2012. I was requested to have the second of the 48 hour window to be September 2, 2012 because Best Price and Moving Company likes to give their employees Saturday`s off. I agreed with no argument because Mark seemed like a very nice young man on the phone. My move was cancelled for person reasons. At no point in the process of hiring Best Price and Moving Company was I informed of a 72 hour cancelation window, nor a quaranteed time of pick-up. When asked within 65 hours of the "estimated pick up time" I called to cancel. These people ask you to accomodate them for their misgivings, however in return they refuse to accomodate their customers. Do not use this company. Bad people, bad experience, and $264.15 taken without work done. I am amazed to know that this company can survive with how little they do for their customers.
