I called Best Price moving and Storage hoping to get an estimate of my move to compare it to other estimates I had received from other moving companies. I told this to Casey, my sales rep and he told me he was sure best price could beat the other companies offer. He also said if I got an in-home estimate done, which they were able to set up that day, that the estimate would be binding and that the cost of the move could not get higher than the estimate I would receive during the in-home. So I had an estimator come out, Brian, and he showed up looking very professional and had a really great personality. He made me feel comfortable allowing him into my home. The really cool part was that he had his little tablet laptop thing that he checked off all my inventory on and we sat down at my kitchen table and he went over things like packing and any other questions I had and he was able to print out my estimate right there on my kitchen table. I was so amazed that his cute little portable printer and laptop could be of such service. I had never seen anything like it before! After this I called Casey back then next day and scheduled my move. On the day of the move the movers were professional and on time and when my stuff arrived at my new home, everything was there and the movers even reassembled our beds for us in the right rooms. I was just sooo happy with my experience with Best Price, I hope those of you who are looking to move find this review and end up choosing this company to move your belongings.
