Had items broken, parts missing. A different truck was used to deliver the items. They must have been moved from one truck to another. Our stuff was just thrown in the back of the new truck and a lot of things were broke. Because the items were transferred to a different truck after they had left our origin location, we couldn't watch the items being loaded and unloaded from one truck to another. Will never use again.
