We interviewed 5 moving companies for our long-distance move from Illinois to central Ohio. Our rep from Best Price was the most thorough and though they weren't the absolute cheapest option, we felt most secure with Best Price was a better solution to online moving brokers.
The day before the move-out, they spend almost a full day in our apartment, boxing up our breakables and everything else we hadn't had time to pack ourselves. They were very efficient in their work, and they were nice, friendly guys. They asked us questions about certain items, so it was clear that they were paying attention and they wanted to make sure we were happy with what they were doing.
They delivered on everything they promised, and there were no hidden fees. Because it was a long-distance move, they could only give us a window of time for delivery XXX3-8 days. Unfortunately, it took 7 days, but still they delivered on what they promised.
The dispatch contact was friendly and always answered my questions immediately whenever I called. They had my final price for me within 24 hours of pick-up, and as I said above XXXthere were no added costs, besides tips, which we were generous with because the guys really were great.
After all the horror stories I had read about moving company scams online, I must admit I was nervous about the move XXXbut we are so pleased with the results and so happy we hired Best Price. I HIGHLY recommend them!
