We recently completed our move to Henderson Nevada from Royal Oak Michigan. We didn't have a big house to move or anything just a 2 bedroom apartment. We had scheduled a date to move with them but they weren't able to show up on our booked date because they were driving from Chicago and they were driving to our place in the middle of the snow storm. Apparently traffic along the whole interstate wasn't moving very well so they called and tried to reschedule for the next day. This was the only unsmooth part of our move. When the guys did arrive the next morning they showed up at 8:30 which was a little earlier than we had expected but those guys must be real morning people because I have never seen some guys work so efficiently at moving furniture. They had our place packed and ready go go in a little over 3 hours. The last few times we've moved it's taken the movers the majority of the day to pack up our place. These guys were hard working and very quick about it. I could tell these guys were the real pros and it really showed. That made us feel very good about our decision to use this company.
10 Days later we recieved our things in Nevada. In regards to final charges the price did increase a little because the movers had to bring our stuff up to the 4rd floor but otherwise our final weight ended up being a little less than estimated. So I was relieved that for once our move weight was not underestimated by the mover.
In terms of damages there were some glass ornaments in a box that were broken but really that was it. In comparison to past moves that we've made where lots of things have been broken and the price has not stayed within the estimate this truly has been the best service for our dollar. I will definitely be calling them in the future should we be relocating again and I will also recommend them to anyone else I know who is moving.
