Please Please Please skip the hassle and just go with Best Price Moving and Storage from the beginning. If you are considering who to choose to make your move for you this is the BEST choice. I made the mistake of trusting a broker to make my move by him saying he was able to get me the cheapest price no matter what, I thought this was too good to be true…and it was! The day before my move, I got a confirmation from some random company saying they were going to be at my place to pick up my things! I called the original salesman over a dozen times to ask who this “company” was and he said they had sold the job to these guys, that they don’t do the moves, they sell them. I immediately cancelled the move and called Best Price instead. I didn’t feel comfortable allowing some random truck come pick up my stuff and end up paying those overages we hear about. When I called Best Price I explained my situation and hoped they could move me ASAP, the salesman assured me that they were the actual company that would pick my stuff up and he kept me on the phone for about 15 minutes as he convinced the guy who schedules the moves to squeeze me in. You could tell he was trying his best to accommodate me and help me make this move made as soon as possible. I was so thankful that he was able to do this, when I thanked him he said rather than tell him thank you, that the best thing I could do to show my gratitude was to post a good review. Well a few months later I finally got around to it! Hope it helps.
