The best thing that can be said about my moving experience was that most of our possessions arrived. The movers showed up a week later than they said they would. They charged us $100 extra for off-loading to a smaller truck, claiming that a larger truck would not fit down our street (despite our witnessing several other large moving trucks on our street). Several items were damaged. They also lost one medium sized box, which a week later they claimed to have found and were shipping to us, and now claim to not be able to find. Its been over a month now, and I have little confidence that we will see that box again. The customer service has been very frustrating - being put on hold for long periods of time, and very little follow-through when promised. All in all, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
