Three 20 year olds showed up at my house after being an hour and half late. I was promised the movers would have 5+ years experience. These kids told me they had no experience moving. They barely spoke english and were foreign exchange students in America for the first time. They ripped a 2 foot hole in the seat of my brand new leather couch. I called the business and owner dozens of times and no one answered. They took 7 hours to move my small 1 bedroom apartment. They forced me to pay $600 halfway through (doubling the amount of hours) threatening to take my belongings to an unknown place if I didn’t pay. They also have hidden charges they don't tell you about till you are about to pay. The owner called my cell screaming and cursing at me that I better pay his guys or they are taking all my stuff. I'm in the process of suing them. BEST MOVERS ARE THE MOST AWFUL MOVING COMPANY IN DC METRO AREA.
