Significant Damage to 35% of Items

Although the customer service prior to the move was excellent, the experience was a nightmare. When my items were delivered their was so much damage done to 60% of the items I paid extra crating charges for and ~50% of my boxes were crushed and some missing. Once we started opening boxes, it was obvious that the boxes had gotten wet. I contacted the company and was given the typical file a claim. However, there was so much damage and the amount of work to file a claim in the given time was impossible. The company was no help nor did they even want to at least view the pictures immediately to at least take a proactive approach to correcting the problem.
I have numerous pictures available of the damage. It was unbelievable. Even when I asked for at least a refund for the special crating fee for the items damaged, I could not get a response. As well, four glass table tops and two boxes were missing from my delivered items.
