They were a day late to pick up, their phone system did not work and when I finally got a hold of someone I was told they didn't guarantee pick up on that day. Never mind that all the paperwork stated that was the pick up date and there would be no delay. When they showed up the next day they tried to increase the price by over $500 because we added a few items. The original estimate had me using 180 cubic feet and paying the minimum for 300 cubic feet.
The guaranteed delivery date was not meet, even though again I had paperwork showing the date and stating there would be no delay.
Since the items were not where they should be and I couldn't reach anyone to tell me when they would arrive I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Today I got the following email from a company rep. I have removed his name, my credit card and the $ amount.
We are answering a dispute you submitted with credit card company ($XXX deposit), stating that service was not rendered!
That is obviously a fraudulent accusation, we will also be providing this false accusation to our legal department !
I would not recommend this company
