I used Beacon movers to get from Henderson, NV to Forest Hills, NY. I needed a long distance trucking company so I hired them out of California & New York City... My move out day I had 3 big guys in a huge 18 wheeler show up at 8am, on time & ready to go to work. I had been quoted originally for a complete move with packing & materials for a flat $3500, when it was all said and done I was actually only charged $3248.65... I decided not to take a few things (driver suggested I leave it since it wouldn't be cost effective to take) so i saved some money over. They did a hell of a job packing that truck up and made sure nothing was going to move or shift on the route out to NY. About 10 days later I got a call saying they would be delivering my stuff around 8pm wasn't too happy with it being that late in the night but he wasn't able to do morning so I didn't want to wait another day or two before he could do the morning.. So I agreed and had them come at 8pm that night. Everything came off the truck in perfect condition and nothing was broken or missing. They brought all my items upstairs in m y new house and setup everything like it was setup in NV. They did a really great job all around and I appreciated everything these guys did for me and family.. Hard working from start to finish. I will most certainly be calling on these guys again when I need a mover!
