dishonest quote and poor service

I was overcharged $400 on a $1500 quote. I felt cheated as none of their packing was done with my permission and they ignored my instructions not to pack anything without my consent. They promised delivery in 4 days. Delivery took 12 days and only the driver was there to unload. They continually lied to us about the delivery date. I have a broken curio cabinet and cust. service not returning calls. They are dishonest - stay away from them.
