I hardly feel compelled to write reviews because I feel people have bad days. However BR Movers is a whole other story. They were nice on the phone and Jennifer tried to be helpful, but no one could tell me anything concrete about my stuff after we paid for it and it was in their hands.
It took almost 10 days to leave the east coast to the west, and it was such a chore & waste of time trying to get a hold of them for their pitiful vague answers. Our stuff arrived with dented boxes, especially the ones marked fragile. There was no courtesy in how it was placed. We had diplomas sticking out of the boxes, dented and torn ends, and my clothes might as well be in trashbags rather than garment boxes.
Our fear is that after we questioned when our stuff is to arrive (which was btw no where near what we were told), the lead gave the go-ahead to damage our stuff and throw it around. It literally looks like they played soccer with our boxes. Seriously.
We just wanted answers and instead we got a lot of run-around. They made us feel like we were at their mercy; we knew we were but good businesses would make you feel it like these guys did. Office people were nice, although useless for answers because they were awaiting them just like us. Never again, not even to my worst enemy.
