I was so disappointed when these movers just didn't show up!! It was a sunday move and I planned it with Ron, who I later learned was the manager! They told me they'd show up from 8-10 am and we kept waiting and waiting until 1 pm. I tried to call them several times, left voicemails and emails, and also tried to reach Jennifer on her cell phone. No answer and no callbacks. On monday, I tried to call them again to yell at them, and they kept making excuses.
No wonder they have a D- rating and are not certified by the BBB. They're horrible, irresponsible people...they have no right to call themselves a moving company.
