My experience is nearly identical to the previous review. BR happily took my money and sent 5 guys to pack up our stuff -- a process that took more than 12 hours. We were reasonably pleased with this part of the adventure -- even swallowing the 60% price increase they dropped on us.
From here on out it was a disaster. They sent 2 frail men at 5 p.m. to do what took 5 men 12 hours. The driver was unskilled with his truck. Because he had previously damaged the truck turning around in the street, he REFUSED to drive up our driveway, even though neighbors were standing around agast that he wouldn't do it. A HUGE HOME DEPOT delivery truck came up the driveway the next day.
These 2 men were wholly incapable of their task. We spent all evening till nearly midnight helping them unload the truck -- labor we paid good money for. They left without assembling all our furniture. Soon we discovered missing and damaged pieces. Interestingly, while BR was very quick to keep calling back until they had a contract, they had NO response whatsoever to our complaints. They have simply ignored our messages. This company is the shadiest thing this side of the dark side of the moon. Stay far away from BR and go with a company you've heard of. BR is a full-service SCAM.
