Horrid and rude movers

The pick-up went smoothly, however, the delivery was a whole different story. They never showed up the day they were supposed to deliver the furniture. At the end of the day, I got a call saying they would be there the next day. They also told me that I needed to pay them in cash, instead of with a credit card as agreed upon. The next day, they showed up first thing in the morning, but they didn't know how to drive their truck. They then tried to park the truck around the corner from my apartment complex and tell me that I need to pay them in cash based on the amount of feet they had to walk from the truck to my apartment. This was based on their visual assessment, not a measuring tape. The maintence crew at my apartment complex then explained to them how bigger trucks have gotten into the complex with no problems. They explained in detail to the driver/mover exactly how he could get the truck right in front of my apartment. Instead of listening to the maintence crew, they did their own thing and wound up breaking a part of the truck. The truck then set disabled down the street from me. I told the movers numerous times, for several days, that I could not be there later than 1:00pm. After I left, they proceeded to call me and my family and inform us they were going to just unload the truck and leave my stuff out on the street. They refused to arrange a time to redeliver my furniture. I have moved countless times in my life, including several cross-country moves, and never have I had such a horrible experience. The movers this company uses are rude, shady, unprofessional, and unreliable.
