My name is Ron and I am not to owner of BR-MOVERS but I’m working at BR-MOVER and I proud to say so. This almost our costumer of BR-movers liar, liar, liar and a con man he and his wife were contact us with estimates from “other companies” and asked us to match the estimate price and we did so based on the other estimate his wife said they have and based on the item list the costumer was proved us.
They never send us thus “estimate” regardless our rapidity requests.
On the move day when our professional movers arrived at the costumer apartment to start the move the customer doubled the amount of the items on the list ( not only 15 small boxes more like 50 additional boxes ) that he want to ship to from VA- to CT.
before the movers start to load they inform the customer that he have more items than on the innovatory list he provide the company and based on that they think the price will be higher than the quote. The movers never told him price or amount ($1000.00 as he claimed the movers try to add to his bill!!!!!!!!!!) our movers never start a move without the costumer know the full price and sign on all the necessary documents for his move.
Also after them didn’t find any moving company they try to contact us again and to settle on the price. So I’m asking you people to think and decide who the liar is.
