From reading the BBB website and my own experience, I have discovered that the business model these guys use is to load the truck and then double the price when you no longer have any options. They are holding my property hostage. I am going to have to hire a lawyer.
They were very late and sent a smaller tuck and crew than was promised. They were careless when loading my property. I am quite confident that there will be broken items if and when I ever see my stuff again.
Save yourself unbelievable amounts of grief and hire someone else!
