After I signed their online form and submitted my deposit, Blue Van Lines were essentially unreachable by phone and email. They waited until 9:45 the night before the scheduled move to confirm a time that their movers would deign to show up, and even then, their movers showed up an hour and a half late. Upon their arrival, the movers demanded a cash-only payment, even though their website (including the legal online form that I signed) claimed that they accept checks and other forms of payment.
On the plus side, their movers were diligent and hard-working, finishing up the lengthy move by 11pm.
I've used different movers on four other occasions. and they all made the moving process easier (that's their job). I've have never had such a stressful experience as I had with this mover. Will never use them again.
