Booked over month in advance assured me of the date of pickup and quoted me a price of $2200. Called 72 hours in advance to give a complete inventory as I was all packed up and price went up $500. Again still on for the date, called 2 days later and was told driver would call before by 5 pm to give me a time. Never called, called again day of pickup to be told not until the next day. I had a flight scheduled and needed it picked up on the day I was promised. Didn't happen. A day late and after the truck was loaded the price went from $2700 to $4639.36. If that wasn't enough when it finally showed up in FL & the doors opened to the truck my stuff was just slammed into a small space not the cubic ft I paid for and every thing that came off that truck was damaged or broken. I am missing boxes and still dont' know what else was taken because I have not fully unpacked. I am sick to my stomach over this. My boxes were all crushed. They went through my things and my jewelry was stolen. Broke into my jewelry box and hope chest. They hire immigrants (cheap labor) not professionals. Thieves is what they hire not people who care about your things. I hired a company to move my things so I would get a professional job this company is hardly professional. All the 5 star reviews they have on this website is why I hired them I am learning they must have put those reviews up themselves. Please if you value your things do not hire this company!!!!! I have never felt so violated.
