I was told originally that I would get by delivery by 7-10 business days. According to distant mileage I should have received by delivery Aug 4th 2014. They picked up items July 21st 2014. I has been more than 21 business days and I don't have delivery dates from Blue line Van Line.At Dispatch Line I left numerous VM but no one returning the VM about the Delivery date. Also I have called Customer service and all they are saying they don't have any update. No communication what so ever. It's really frustrating that this big of the company with a really good reviews does not even communicate with client. They contacted me well before they picked up house hold items.
Now you call sales line and they say I have to talk to movers. They can't even give me any update on delivery date.
Don't hire this company for your move.
I have hired moving company different than Blue Line Van line previously and never had any issue with communication and delivery date.
