I realized that it was going to be almost impossible to get all my things to downtown NY by myself in my car, even having a van. So I called B52 about a week before the move. They were really prompt and upfront and gave me great service. I had a hard time figuring out how to complete the inventory list online, but called Amanda, and she was kind enough to walk me through it. Nice job!
