First of all, the person who did the estimate was great (Amanda, I wish you could move us this time!) She was very understanding and took the time to explain all the things that would occur with the move, without making me feel like an idiot.
When moving day rolled around, the crew was on time and very courteous. They were super-efficient and fast, yet also very careful with our stuff. Our couch and loveseat were both shrink-wrapped, and our pillows boxed. Our other tables, headboards, etc. were quilt-wrapped. There was a great deal of attention to detail paid by the movers. By mid-day, the house was empty and our stuff was outta there! 
Our belongings arrived about a week later, and on time. They arrived safe and sound with no damage at all.
My family will be moving again in a few weeks, and I am speaking to a B52 rep tomorrow. I was very pleased with them and hope to use them again.
