I wish i didn't have too write this
I was moving to another state ,but it fell thru
I contacted Amanda a t b-52 to cancel move about 21/2 weeks prior to date
According to b-52 refund policy just more than 3 days noticed is full refund,
We are coming up on 3 months since cancel
many calls giving 2 to 3 weeks per call so Amanda could straighten this out with people in charge of that
about a month ago I call again and she said they gone for the day and i'll get them on it tomorrow and give you a call
never receive call 2 weeks later i call again ,
Did everything get cleared up?
I said if theres a problem I'll give you my card # again, no she said we that on file
it's only $95 ...right? I'm thinking !
I'll check on it and call later the same day
~no call~
I never wanted to write this bad review, I just wanted my $95 back
What good does this do me ??
i picked because of there great rating
and wouldn't hesitate to use them when i do move
Sad so sad ,
I have to lose $95 on top of all the other monies i lost when i lost the house
